The Fat Kid Inside started out as a Tumblr blog in 2010. It has recently seen an overhaul, with a fresh format and several new categories, but what its followers have come to love about it remains: engaging, unpretentious gastronomic content, chock-full of creative yet practical recipes and stories about food.
The man behind it is Erwan Heussaff, also Food and Drinks Editor of Esquire Philippines, who talks about how he shed the extra pounds through a healthy yet satisfying lifestyle that included "tasty, well prepared dishes with all the right stuff." He features occasional indulgences as well, thus providing a holistic resource for everybody who enjoys food.
