I asked my mom to bring home a butterscotch bar or an apple fritter from Starbucks one night, but neither was available. She got me this Salted Caramel Pecan Bar instead, and now I'm hopelessly hooked.
It's a sweet, salty combination of chewy caramel, chocolate and nuts. Most people might prefer it with black coffee, tea or water to balance off the richness, but I think it's perfect with an iced White Chocolate Mocha.
