Tall Order

Walking down the runway is no easy feat when you've got sky high heels on your feet. But if I were to wear these little killers, I would ditch comfort for style even for just a few fun hours! My fave from the Spring 2010 collections is this pair by Nicholas Kirkwood for Rodarte (above)--a true work of art.

More conventional but still very edgy are these risqué clackers from 3.1 Phillip Lim, Luella and Burberry Prorsum.

At 3.1 Phillip Lim, the bootie, the T-strap and the peep-toe mary jane are given a sexy twist with extra inches and a peculiar combination of black, red and cream.

Luella features pretty details like bows, and the cutest red pointy-toed pumps.

If the platform heels with straps criss-crossed and knotted at Burberry Prorsum won't make you stand up and notice, the gray scrunched socks worn with them will!

Clack, clack, clack!
